The Management Team of Skill Creations, Inc. is assigned to the Corporate Office in Goldsboro, NC, the Community Operations Home Office in Hudson, NC, the Morganton Office in Morganton, NC, the Mountain Regional Office in Asheville, NC, or the Eastern Regional Office in Goldsboro, NC.

The Management Team is led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  that oversees all corporate functions. This person is directly supervised by the Board of Directors.

The Chief Operations Officer-ICF oversees all functions of the ICF Division, as well as coordinating many of the Staff Education functions for the company. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Chief Operations Officer-Corporate Relations oversees admissions and discharges for the ICF Division, and coordinates with other agencies on behalf of Skill Creations. This person also serves as our Accreditation Chief. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Chief Operations Officer-Community Operations oversees all functions of the Community Operations Division, as well as serving as liaison with the professional associations that our company participates in. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Chief Financial Officer oversees all financial functions of the company, and reports and forecasts all financial information. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Director – Wayne Child Developmental Center oversees all functions of the WCDC Division. Responsible for licensing, accreditation, and contractual regulations for the WCDC. This person is supervised by the COO-Corporate Relations.

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) oversees all functions of the Nursing Department for the company. Responsible for medical services coordination and training. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The COO - Human Resources oversees and coordinates all personnel functions of the company. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Executive Director - Staff Education.  This position is responsible for staff orientation programs, as well as on-going staff education activities. Responsible for the creative expansion of training resources for the company. This position is supervised by the COO - Human Resources.

The Executive Director-ICF oversees the program operations of the ICF facilities assigned to them.  This person is supervised by the COO-ICF.

The Executive Director-Resource Development oversees all fund raising functions for the company, and recruits new income resources. This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) oversees all aspects of the Quality Management Department for the company.  This person is supervised by the CEO.

The Executive Director of Information & Technology oversees the electronic information, hardware, and software matters of the company. This person is supervised by the COO-Community Operations.

The Director of Quality Improvement oversees the planning, implementation, and continuous functioning of the company’s Strategic Plan. Responsible for documenting all efforts related to the Strategic Plan across the company. This person is supervised by the CCO.

The Regional Director oversees the operations of the assigned region of the Community Operations Division. Responsible for assuring the quality and designated quantity of services provided. This person is supervised by the CCO.

The Medical Services Consultant, an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), assists the CNO in the operations of the Nursing Department. Also provides consultation on various medical issues. This person is supervised by the CNO.
